Miles Kessler
Miles Kessler is a teacher of Vipassanā meditation and Aikido. He is the founder of The Integral
Dojo in Tel Aviv. He has taught meditation and embodiment practices around the world for more
than 25 years, weaving together classical Buddhist insight, Integral Theory, shadow work, and flow
states. Miles’s teaching is known for its grounded presence, compassionate clarity, and ability to
guide practitioners into embodied awakening and psychological maturity. His work bridges stillness
and movement, transcendence and embodiment, inner practice and relational expression.
