Erinbell Fanore

Erinbell’s practice and teaching is one of inclusiveness and compassionate acceptance. “Each day is precious and with each practice/sit/breath we begin afresh to meet ourselves as we are.” Erinbell honors our individual uniqueness through teaching yoga asana with a functional approach. Mindfulness and self inquiry are the base of her teaching as is laughter and openness. She encourages her students to be brave and feel for themselves what’s going on and to meet what’s there with tenderness and kindness. She is very grateful to her teachers, Sarah & Ty Powers, Martin Aylward, and Paul & Suzee Grilley. Erinbell also has a keen interest in neural science and psychology. She has studied with Daniel Siegel (Mindsights) and completed level one of Internal Family Systems. Erinbell is a zesty woman with a huge curiosity and passion for life.
