The Mind Writes, the Heart Sings, Silent Retreat
October 20 - 26, 2025
Language: English and FrenchIn the practice of embodied presence, the basis of Buddhist meditation, we learn to listen to, and respond from, the heart – with all its power to bless, forgive, and provide encouragement. This heart energy, refined with mental clarity, replaces the dry force of will power with qualities that are more immediately enriching. The retreat will use the Eight Precept renunciation standard. It will employ ritual and chanting to facilitate a heartful approach. Instruction will be given for sitting, standing, walking and reclining meditation.
