Through meditation, movement, presence and inquiry, this retreat cultivates the three principal wisdom centres of head, heart and belly.

Together, we’ll explore consciousness, and how our largely unconscious and habitual defences and distractions keep these centres shut down or inaccessible. Together we’ll practise ways to access their depth, vitality and intelligence, so that each centre can reveal its distinctive wisdom qualities :

BELLY: Embodied presence, relaxation, steadiness, confidence and ease

HEART: Love, joy, friendliness, ease, openness and inter-connectedness

HEAD: Clarity, knowing, luminosity and brilliance.

Through meditation and dialogic inquiry, you’ll learn ways to access, understand and integrate these qualities—and to recognise how they can free us energetically, emotionally and psychologically.
This retreat is held largely in silence, but there will also be daily opportunities to ask questions, to meet with the teachers to discuss your practice, and to engage with other participants through inquiry-dialog practices.
