There is more to awakening than meditation! While meditation will remain the central practice of this retreat, we will explore the spiritual, psychological and social dimensions of awakening, including doing various dialogic, relational practices, and contemplating a wise response to the challenges of our times and our world.
This retreat is open to all but is particularly suitable for those already established in dharma practice. The retreat will be held mostly in silence, but will also allow for times to connect socially and as sangha.
