This is Martin’s 10th annual 2 week retreat for experienced meditators (those who have already sat silent meditation retreats).

The retreat goes deeply into core dharma teachings on the nature of mind, and how they underpin meditative practice and experience, as well as exploring their integration into the various dimensions of a liberated life.

The first 10 days will emphasise sustained, silent meditation, both in group form and with time for individual practice, including private meetings for each student with Martin. The last 3 days will also include relational and dialogic practices, and the retreat will include ritual elements such as chanting and bowing.

(This retreat conforms to the criteria necessary for Mindfulness Instructors in Training)

Booking will open January 2027
