This retreat will interweave formal meditation practices with Mindful movement and yoga practice, all as supports for insight, awakening, and freeing ourselves from habitual patterns. The retreat will include 2 periods of yoga and mindful movement each day, along with silent and guided meditations, and meetings with the teachers. The movement practices are designed to enhance the sensitivity and steadiness of meditation practice and to integrating awareness and inquiry into all moments and activities of life.

(This retreat will be held in silence. It conforms to the criteria necessary for Mindfulness Instructors in Training)

Martin Aylward
